OnePlus has announced its intention to unveil the Ace 5 series in China this December. While the company has not specified an exact date for the launch event, it has provided a general timeline. This announcement also suggests the imminent global release of the OnePlus 13R and OnePlus 13. A recent report indicates that the OnePlus 13R has been identified on the FCC website, implying the existence of a global variant of the Ace 5. The listing reportedly reveals information regarding the phone's model number, battery specifications, and software, as well as its connectivity standards.

The OnePlus smartphone is identified as CPH2647, which is believed to correspond to the OnePlus 13R. According to the FCC listing, this smartphone is expected to feature a 5,860mAh battery, which may be marketed as 6,000mAh.

Furthermore, the listing suggests that the OnePlus 13R will come pre-installed with OxygenOS 15. This update has already been rolled out for the OnePlus 12 and the OnePlus Open foldable devices in India and is based on Android 15. The device will support 5G, 4G, and LTE connectivity, along with NFC capabilities. There is also a mention of dual SIM support, although it remains uncertain which regions will offer an eSIM option for the second SIM.
